New from Toby, an attractive streamline-shaped wing lamp with a domed, fluted and frosted glass lens, equivalent to the Lucas 1142 side lamp. This lamp is also a suitable alternative for the Lucas 1151 lamp, with the same diameter and aperture, though 2” (50mm) longer.

Description

The side light is of strong brass construction with a chrome-plated finish. 3 7/8” long with a 1 7/8” aperture, it features a chrome on brass Toby medallion in the top of the lamp and is complete with a teardrop plinth and spigot fixing. These lamps are available with side light only, or side light and amber indicator functionality.

The original Lucas 1142 side light was made between 1930 and 1950 with a Lucas part number of 52164A. It was fitted to Morris, Austin, Rolls Royce, and many other British-made cars.

The plinth is 63mm long and 26mm wide. Threaded spigot 10mm diameter. It is supplied complete with a lock nut, rubber mounting pad and wire terminating in a bullet connector.
Supplied as a single unit, order 2 for a pair.
