A large, 3 ½” diameter vintage style side lamp equivalent to the Lucas VS45-6 model. This handsome lamp features a diffused glass lens with a clear central section and is available in black with chrome rim, all chrome or all nickel plated finish.

Description

Equivalent to the Lucas VS45-6 side light. These large vintage-style side lamps are 3 ½” in diameter. Similar in size to the Raydyot W508 and Lucas LD309 lamps (some of which also featured a small bi-flex bar) and is slightly larger than the Lucas type 206 lamp. An excellent period sidelamp for larger vehicles.  Mounting bolt 14mm diameter. These units will accept parallel pin double filament 5/21w bulbs thus indicators can be incorporated within the sidelamp.

NOTE – If using a dual-function bulb (sidelight AND indicator), the earth return will be via the mounting/chassis unless you add a third wire (to the bulb holder).
